Service Description

A dedicated session, just for your team. We can book a venue or come to you. Our training can also be adapted to suit your needs. Co-delivered by trainers with lived experience, making the learning deeply authentic and impactful. The training is split into two sessions: Morning: Learning Disability – covers diagnostic overshadowing, reasonable adjustments, communication strategies, the Mental Capacity Act, hospital passports, and insights from the LeDeR programme. Afternoon: Autism – explores sensory differences, respectful language, anxiety triggers, inclusive practices, and personal experiences from autistic trainers. ​Tier 2 aligns with the Core Capabilities Framework and aims to equip staff with the practical knowledge, empathy, and confidence to deliver safe, person-centred care.
